getting ready to buy first smoker/connection to bulk gas supply

i have been searching for some time now and seem to have reached my choice in going down the gas(propane) road, i recently added a gas line from heater to the kitchen to swap out the cooker from electric, and also had them branch off through the outside wall to the deck has anyone got info on connecting a smoker to the bulk gas supply seems daft to me to have 500 galleons sitting there and then filling the small tanks every so often.

I have my Weber Genesis grill hooked up to my 200 gallon propane tank. It is great not running out of gas halfway through cooking a turkey. I had to move my gas tank due to some new safety regulation and had the contractor run a line to my deck and connect a long hose so I can move the grill around.
