Getting Ready For My BBQ On The 25th

Getting some of the meat ready for the 25th. 3rd Annual NEPA Smokeout. There is alot more that will be at the tables to. Beans, macaroni salads, devil eggs, deserts, breads.

Briskets and butts i will put in the fridge.

Have assorted fresh brats, venison brats, elk sticks, keebasa, bologna, Landjaegers, Summer that i will take out on thursday.

My casing stash around 1000 ft worth. There are 4 large vac bags filled standing up.
