South Jersey
Hello everybody,

I found this site and knew right away that I needed to join. Lots of good tips and tricks, and the first thread I found was for my newly purchased smoker. I live in South Jersey near Philadelphia in a town called Sicklerville. I've been trying my hand at BBQ for many years now. Sometimes successfully, sometimes not, but I always give it hell. :-) I just purchased a Brinkmann Trailmaster Vertical Smoker. I'm going to try it this weekend. I also just purchased a Pitmaster IQ 120 to control my pit temps. That has always been a struggle for me. Anyway, I'm looking forward to learning and helping other people learn along the way.

Happy Smoking,
Matt
