Good afternoon everyone! I’m curious about buying or setting up my homemade wooden smoker with an automatic temp controller system. I don’t really know much about it and have been researching but most systems seem to be tied into existing factory made systems. Right now I’m using a stand alone propane jet burner with a needle valve. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!
