Finally got a chance to throw something on the smoker. The family unanimously choose ribs. Not to long ago our neighbor up the road, got knocked off a hay truck and landed on his head and neck. They flew him out, but he is back home and ok. (Bad, but could have been much worse.) He is laid up in a neck brace and was told he can't even lift a jug of milk. He has been up and walking lately, so thats been a good sign. His wife has had a lot on her plate with him being out of commission, so I threw an extra rack on for them and we dropped off dinner for them tonight.

A little slaw and cornbread and everyone was happy. The wife and youngest boy whipped up some cupcakes to send over too.
Now time to watch The Irish...
Thanks for lookin.

Those look great! Smoked a rack as well!

Neighbor looking out for neighbor. That’s what’s good in life. I’d be more than happy to be in your neighborhood.

The ribs don’t look bad either!
