Future Salmon Jerky, update with More?

Today went fishing out the Golden Gate for some future King Salmon Jerky. Was not disappointed to say the least.

Best eating salmon out there, hands down!  I lived up in Washington a few years back and took the opportunity to fish as much as I could.  The kings were the best by far, the chum/dog the least by a long shot but fun to catch.

I could really be jealous, that is another nice bright King! But I am in the process of packing for a three week out of state archery deer hunt.
My salmon are going to have to wait till next fall!
