I recently won a frozen, whole, fully cooked turkey at the grocery store. I'm thinking about smoking this for Easter on Sunday. I have a 30"MES, but I'm not sure what the best method would be for this. Does anyone have any suggestions for this?

Thanks!

Never heard of such a thing. I would do it just like a twice smoked ham, might be pretty good!

I finally started unthawing it this week. Tonight I'm going to just put it in a pan with a little chicken broth in the smoker at 275 with some oak pellets and wait until it gets to temp.

My only concern now is that it won't fit in my 30" MES. But if it doesn't I'll just do it in the oven.
