Frozen Pulled Pork FYI

Just an FYI on frozen pulled pork

.

This was Vacuum Sealed and frozen on 1/1/12 that's 15 months ago, it was hiding in my freezer.

Anyhow this was my Buffalo Style Pulled Pork.

• Pork was thawed in the refrigerator. I unzipped the bag threw the pork on a hot skillet and tossed around the skillet for several minutes.

• Chopped up a Popper, placed the Pork on a soft tortillo, sauced with my favorite BBQ sauce.

What a great lunch!

I just wanted to post this to let folks know that the pork really keeps well in the freezer if stored properly.

My wife makes up a lot of pulled pork tortillo then freeze them for my lunch during the week. Had one today, Thumbs Up
