Hello all,
I abide in the Kansas City area where BBQ and smoke are married in a lasting flow of smells and flavor.
I'm actually from Texas, born, bought, and raised. Where such sayings as "I use'ta could" and "shor'nuf" are daily offerings
I miss Texas Beef ribs, KC is stuck in pork. Don't get me wrong pork is good, but Texas beef ribs I miss.
I currently have a Bayou Classic 36" smoker, currently cooking two briskets. So far I cooked two briskets, venison shoulder, and stuffed back strap.
Wife and I will be heading to San Antonio next week for "vacation", because my wife wasn't thinking....Texas.....San Antonio.....August.....100+ degrees.
So with that if any of you know where to stop for some BBQ please let me know.
Appreciate the information and many reads that are available here.
Barry
