Frog Legs done with a little EVOO, Plowboys Yardbird rub, smoked with apple wood at 270 or so for about 2 hours.

LOL No........just like smoked frog legs..........not sure how to describe them.......other than "froggy"

No, I would not be opposed to doing it, but anything I have found around here isn't big enough to be worth the hassle..........just bought them from a place near here.

I think the heat is low enough that they sit pretty still, although there must be a little movement since a couple of them had bent knees when I pulled them out and were straight when I put them in.
