We are having the 2nd annual friendsgiving tomorrow and I'm smoking the meats on the rf smoker tonight.
.I'm going to build the fire at 2 am and hope to have the pieces taking the longest on by 3am.

This year we are having 7lbs of Dino ribs, a turkey breast, an 11lb packer, 3 racks of bb, and a 10lb butt. Friends are bringing all the sides and I am smoking an additional butt for a other friend and a 14lb turkey for Thanksgiving.

The smoke is going to run in the 250-275 range and will be done with oak, pecan, and cherry. My coal base is b and b competition char logs. The hope is to have it all done and resting by 4pm tomorrow.

The brisket rub is SPG, the beef ribs got meat church Holy cow, the pork got meat church honey hogg, and the turkey is going to get angelos steak pit seasoning. It is in a cranberry pineapple brine. I'm going to pull it and dry it in the fridge some in a few minutes. I'll take some pics later and let everyone know how it goes. Thank you all for the information on this forum. Not only did it help me build and tune my smoker but it has been instrumental in putting out good food.

Already getting close to done on most of it. It went hot and fast.

Thank you all for the kind words! It was a great evening and everyone enjoyed themselves immensely. The only thing I would change is the smoked apple pie and we should have pulled the dinos a bit earlier. We had a runaway temp situation due to a wood change mid smoke. My buddy Jesse tag teamed this one with me and it was much more enjoyable. Here are the finished pictures. It's going to be a low country Boil next year...
