Fresh Pecan Rolls on a Dreary Day

I’ve wanting and researching on making Pecan Rolls but have never done it. Friday was a rainy dreary day and with nothing to do and the house to myself I did it!!

Time to test a couple out! I learned a lot for the next batch! I took several to where the Mrs works and the expert lady cooks liked them not sure if they was just trying to be nice

We had an old stand mixer like that, still use the bowl.
