freeze uncooked stuffed summer sausage?

Hello everyone. 

I found a great recipe from here that I like for venison ss. I have around 60 lbs of venison that I want to make into ss. I have an MES 30. My question is can I mix it all up and stuff the casings and freeze it before smoking it? This would save me a lot of time but I don't want ruin it. Thanks for any input.

Summer Sausage ,,,,are you using cure for a low temp smoke or what are you tring to do ????  Let us know the recipe you found and we can better help ya good luck and let us know you do NOT want to get people sick!!!!
