I'd like to try the new 4 probe wireless. I'm familiar with the process of getting credit back via PayPal as well.

I'd be interested in testing a vacuum sealer. my current one lets in a tiny bit of air when switching to seal from vacuum. i cleaned all seals and connections but still lets airs in. we use it once a week.

Inkbirdbbq Inkbirdbbq stop spamming my inbox asking me if I want to test! If I wanted to I’d sign up in one of your threads. Also if you want your products reviewed then offer them without the need to purchase on PayPal then get paid back. That’s BS
What Jake said. It ain't free with a review if I have to first pay for it in hopes of being reimbursed. I'd actually consider it false advertising, the way you word your "Free trial" threads.

Also, the reviewer shouldn't be pressured for an immediate disingenuous review like posts from inkbird in the past would say, if you don't post a review you'll be eliminated from future giveaways. You should be able to use it a year let alone the warranty period to give a genuine review so you don't come back to change it just because the quick review was about how quickly you got the product and how it was packaged because you haven't used it enough to rate it over time. So take your time. I'd rather have valid reliable info than being squeezed from getting free products in the future by the manufacturer. It appears there are so many redundant sealers I can't keep track of and three stick Sous Vide circulators that are 1,000 watts and the SV water oven. Tons of instant read rf, bt and wifi therms. There's another one of everything in production to be tested to make folks that buy them wonder if they have pulled the trigger too soon. Hey, I just bought a new release but this one that just came out less than a year ago from the same company maybe better. Inkbird has another company or department within their own company that they compete against. If thats not confusing enough, then put out another identical product when the other first two haven't hit the end of their warranty yet. I've bought six Inkbird products on Amazon and three were identical instant read therm gifts to test that are now obsolete with new technology. I don't have one of their vac sealers since they didn't have a replaceable bottom foam seal so you throw it away until more recently. The first three or four sealers they came out with I wouldn't consider. Their original 1,000 watt SV circulator ISV-100 I got in 2019 is just fine and the IHT-1S instant read and IRF-4S rf four probe therm. I never had Inkbird BT products but have tried their app and many others that are compatible with my 2015 Soraken six probe therm when Morpilot, Tenergy and a few others came out. All those BT apps would ultimately loose the graph or completely crash so you don't know the app with alarms is not running until you pick up the phone. I'll go back to and stick with rf transmitters and receivers that have gotten better that transmit farther and penetrate deeper through steel to not loose connectivity. The rf Thermopro TempSpike XR I just received has a 1,000' additional booster I haven't needed yet bc the rf goes through my dbl walled steel insulated kamado and through my house. Its flawless on advertised features but haven't used it enough to give it a genuine review. Plus, I'm not being squeezed about not getting free products for a quick disingenuous review since I bought this two probe product for myself for $99.00. Inkbird, did you see what I did here? I recommended three products of yours I purchased from a couple to several years ago not a month after I received it because it was free.

Hello, TNJAKE, thank you for your question, which gives us the opportunity to explain further.

First of all, I am very sorry that our information has disturbed you. I sincerely apologize to you and promise not to disturb you again in the future. (We saw your message on our test post and thought you were interested in it, so we contacted you. Sorry for the disturbance)

Regarding the issue you mentioned that you need to purchase first and then reimburse, we understand that this may cause some concerns to you.
In fact, we set up such a process to ensure that participants are users who are really interested in the product and are willing to invest time in testing and feedback. We will do our best to ensure the smooth reimbursement process, and in similar activities in the past, all participants have been reimbursed smoothly.
At the same time, we will also seriously consider your suggestion of providing a more direct free trial method, and hope to have a better solution in the future.

Thank you again for your attention to our event and wish you a good day.

Hello,
DougE, we are well aware that you have different opinions on the definition of "free trial". Our original intention is to let more users experience our products and share their real experience through this method.

In fact, we set up such a process to ensure that participants are truly interested in the product and willing to invest time in testing and feedback. We will do our best to ensure the smooth reimbursement process, and in similar activities in the past, participants have been successfully reimbursed.
We are deeply sorry for any misunderstandings that may have caused you.

We will review our event rules and promotion methods to ensure that the information is conveyed more clearly and accurately.

If you have any other questions or suggestions, we are very willing to communicate with you further and hope to dispel your doubts.

Hello
dr k, first of all, please allow us to express our sincere gratitude for your comprehensive feedback. We fully understand your concerns about product diversity, trial process and technical compatibility.
Regarding the misunderstanding of "pressure" that may be caused by the trial activities, this is absolutely not our intention. We set up the review activity mainly to better collect user feedback so as to continuously optimize the product, rather than to ask for dishonest evaluation. This may be a problem caused by the error in communication. I sincerely apologize for the misunderstanding.
Regarding the issue you mentioned about linking future gift qualifications with comments, we will immediately conduct internal discussions and re-evaluate whether this connection is reasonable to ensure that it will not bring unnecessary pressure to participants.
At the same time, we will also conduct a comprehensive reflection on product planning and technical support, refer to your suggestions, and strive to improve product quality and user experience.
Thank you again for your support and feedback, thank you!

Same here also.

Post these free tests/giveaways all you want on the forums but soliciting members with PMs through their inboxes should be prohibited as far as I'm concerned.Might be time for someone in admin to address this.
