Hello ALL,

my wife got a 14-16 lbs butterball, I put it in the fridge/frozen on Friday and it's starting to thaw today Dec 14th. Could I leave it in till this saterday the 19th and smoke it that night. Or should I cook it sooner, just worried about length of time before cook.

What Ron said. You should be just fine as long as you keep it out of the danger zone.
 
You should be fine just like Ron said. Just keep it in the frig and it will be just fine.
