Not needed but would make this UDS worth triple its price!

Mod List:

#1: Add 3 Ball Valves to the uds to allow and choke off oxygen

#2 Seal holes at the Grill Rack Holders and at the bottom Charcoal Access Door (so during rainy days no water fills the interior of the smoker)

#3 Thermometer on 2 Levels

#4 Charcoal Grate (to lift coals about 3 inches from the flooring so no ash smothers the coals out during cooking - reducing or shutting down heat)

#5 Create or weld  a hook to be able to lift the cooking grates out of the smoker (reaching down to turn meat sucks when hot coals are below!)
