I am getting older like a lot of us on this site and more and more wake up with a sore back or neck.

I have used a few 10s units over the years and they seem to get better every year.

One thing that has been a constant pain is figuring out exactly how to change the various programs to make it works exactly the way you want it.

I finally got one that works perfectly. This is not an add but one I am actually using right now.

This is it. Amazon $59.

The nice screen makes it much easier to navigate the different options.

I was just looking at this one on slickdeals. Been thinking of trying a new unit. I may just get one and a bunch of pads so the wife and I can split use on it.

Grow old along with me!

(I told that to my smoker yesterday, and my wife today)
OK.

I think Mr. Browning should've traveled into the future and stopped by my dad's house in 2004 when he was 76 and just retiring. More like the worst was yet to come. He lived to 96 and it was dreadful to watch.

I've used professional-level units (they're not 10's but 10's were based on these units).

They had virtually no effect on my hip pain. IIRC, I had it cranked up to 37 on the dial (operator usually stops at 30) .

Tried accupuncture, again with no effect.

It wasn't till I had the physiotherapist apply massage therapy. Almost instant relief (for a few days) then it returned. 3 appt a week for about 6 weeks and good as new.

FInd a good physio that has their massage therapy certification before wasting money on consumer-grade units that are really quite useless IMO (like OTC meds for medical issues that really deserve 'real' meds).

Having had my say, that's not to say that your issue will respond to massage. But at least approach your health care worker and inquire about it.

My dad is 90, still helps farm, my uncle, dad's brother is 93... currently in the hospital awaiting an open bed to have a stint put in an artery at the University of Iowa Hospital. Told him to tell his Dr to good work... golf season starts next spring again! And yes, at 93 my uncle still golf's! In my current condition I wouldn't even try to swing a golf club.

Some people age like fine wine. Others age like milk. I think I'm aging like cheese.

I'm aging like the dinosaurs, because much like them I feel dead most of the time.
Lack of sleep, used to be overcome by drinking an extra coffee or a Redbull, not so much these days, if I don't sleep at least 3-4 hrs, I ain't going, not matter what it is.
