RV is packed and ready to head to Atlanta Motor Speedway for a NASCAR weekend....we always tailgate the games on TV.  I am doing Scotch eggs, St Louis cut ribs and my buddy is doing wings.  Of course we'll have all the sides -- I'll do the baked beans under the ribs.  I am taking the kettle and mini WSM for this trip.
