Food -H- HELP!

I have a Smokin It' that has the PID controller from the factory. Today, when I turned it on the Food temperature reading shows -H-. Any ideas? I tried switching probes (I have two) but no changes??? Was putting a tenderloin on for some friends this evening!

Not familiar with your cooker....Can you run it with w/o the food probe?

From what I gather googling your controller is likely the Auber WST-1510H.
