Follow up, did my Pork Butt & Baby Backs

Pork butt was injected and rubbed down. Went hot n fast method. 275-285 for 6 hours until I hit 165 internal. Wrapped it up in a pan for 2 more hours when it hit 204. Wrapped up in towels in cooler for 2 hours and pulled like butter.

The baby backs were rubbed and on the smoker about 260-270 for 2 hours. Wrapped with butter brown sugar molasses and honey for another hour. This is my slight mess up I usually leave wrapped for about 30-40 min but was caught up pulling the butt... they were just a little over tender but still great.

Beans added some rub, butter and BBQ sauce let them smoke while the ribs were wrapped.
