Hi all. Im new to smoking meats and the forum. I live just North of Seattle and just bought a Masterbuilt Pro dual fuel smoker. I'm running propane as the fuel for now. Just seasoned the unit this AM and I have just tossed on a couple racks of ribs for the maiden voyage.

Hi Dan, and welcome to the forum!  How did your ribs turn out?  Did you take any Qview (pictures) of them you could post?  Using propane I bet you got some good smoke ring on them!  We all love to see Qview 'cuz we all love to drool!  Have a great time and if you can, please post your location in your profile, whatever you're comfortable with, so we know where you're from!  Thank you so much!
