That looks good for a longer term bucket garden Keith. We'll be gone by May.
I have the tomato plant in a 5 gallon bucket with lots of holes drilled in the bottom. I water everyday and fertilize every 2 weeks. I only get east facing sun on the balcony so until this chill goes away it spends the night and and early morning inside under 2 plant lights.

Flank is my favorite cut to smoke/reverse sear after a good ribeye. Unfortunately flank never goes on sale here and is very expensive, but every once in awhile I'll hit up the meat market and drop the coin on a good flank slab.
