Howdy y'all,
I'm trying to justify getting a Camp Dutch Oven to eventually make a firepit.
For now the old lady wants it in the kettle grill.

I got a new weber grate with the hole in the middle.
It's 12", so I'm wondering if a lodge 6qt or 8qt or campchef will fit

Has anyone used a DO in a kettle grill?

I use mine in my WSM, no special grate except the stock. I just rotate until the feet fit between the grate.

Honestly I don't do it often. Normally I go with briquettes on top and bottom or into the coals of the fire.
