Well more like 13 months, since I bought my first smoker. I bought a SnP. Over the last year, me and my roommates have used this little smoker so much, at first it was a pita to keep temp, and now I have her dialed in w/ little effort. So far we have smoked...
25 BBRs
1 spare rib
5 briskets
2 chuckies
12 pork butts
3 pork loins
over 40lbs chicken thighs(my one roommate loves chicken)
over 15lbs chicken wings
250 ABTs(love those tailgates)
10lbs of sausage/brats
4 fattys
3 large pans of Dutch's baked beans
1 rack of lamb
Not bad for 3 guys who cant even figure out how to turn on the oven

. I would just like to think SMF and everyone here. Everyone here is super nice and helpful!

First smoke ever!

First mods, 2 extra thermometers

More mods, seal around the lid

First batch of ABTs

Next mod, ghetto gas conversion

First smoke for friends

Major boo boo, smoker fell out of the truck. I kinda forgot I unstrapped.

New addition to the family

Our first large BBQ, roughly 20 friends over. This started a bad day. It rained like crazy, and I had a hell of a time keeping temp up. But luckily everyone was drunk enough that everything tasted good.

Congrats on the new addition to the smoker farm you have growing there. Now you guys have had a few smokes now and you just now decided to post all of them at once well great job and now you won't be the straving college students we all hear about. Great job

Go out for all the great smokes

Wow, Great Q-view year in review! Looks like you guys ate real well this year!
Points to you for sharing the excellent looking smokes.

Well just fix up the one that fell out of the truck and the whole family of smokers will be happy. Great look back on the year of Q'ing. I work with a couple of guys that can't even boil water and their are in their 30's.

Thanks for all the good compliments. It has been a good year. We haven't done much smoking the last couple of months because of school. But I plan on her being fired up alot over this break. And yes the SnP is fixed. Put a couple of sheet metal screws in and had here rollin smoke about an hour later.
