Im going to bump up the temp to 300 at the very end and hope for the best.Locals like a good start. Are you planning on throwing it on a hot grill after you smoke it to get crispy skin?
Jim, this is a family forum, so I try to put my best foot forward. That said, fork and knife are tools used by hungry people to encourage the chef hurry up. BBQ is all finger food, indeed. LolSmokinEdge who ya kidding.......You'll be just like me and falling onto that chicken like a starving man! Napkin, knife, fork.....sheesh!
