In my life I used a CI skillet today. Found it on a shelf, didn't know we had it. Ernestina doesn't use CI, she complains of sticking. I seasoned it and made a couple of steaks that I cut from a chuck roll. Very juicy and tender...
 
Cool find. When I was younger and stupid I threw some out because the food was sticking. Needless to say I could kick my own ass about it.
