My first time trying ribs as I'm still a rookie only have 1 dish under my belt. Chicken legs which were stupid simple. Looking for some recipes and maybe some temps and times. I have an electric smoker so keeping temp isn't horrible hard. I have a pretty good size chip tray. I have hickory and apple currently. Obviously could go get cherry if it's a better choice. Looking for a mildly sweet flavor for a rub/marinade. Thank you in advance. Roughly 5lbs of ribs
