Everyone loved the chicken. I'm always way harder on myself, so I didn't like it. There seemed to be some unevenness in the cooking, the chicken was on the bottom rack and the pieces on the left side were way crispier than the other.
The ribs, pork, and brisket eventually ended up getting foiled. As far as tenderness, the ribs turned out pretty well, some of them were perfectly tender, some maybe slightly overdone. For whatever reason, the smoke on there was underwhelming.
The pork turned out really well. Good smoke flavor, good tenderness. Pulled really nicely.
I parted the brisket. I haven't bought packers in a long time, the points on these are really much smaller than I thought they should be. I parted the brisket and foiled the flat and threw the point back on. The wind died and the smoker temp spiked up and burned the point, and started to crisp the bottom of the flat. Needless to say, it was a little too dry, although there was the slightest bit of moisture. The flavor was decent. Didn't slice well, mostly just crumbled. That's going in tonight's beans.
