First time up the smoker in the smoker this year. W/Q-View

Between seperating from the Army and moving I haven't had a chance to smoke anything since last fall. Picked up an Oklahoma Joe on CL for 200 bucks. The guy worked for Char-broil and got it for a bonus so it had never had a fire built in it just it had a rust from sitting uncovered but other than that in perfect shape. Fired it up for the first today and made some chicken halves.

Yes sir, grilled chickens are my mostest favorite, and those look delightful.

I would like to say thank you for your service, your sacrifices are appreciated, job well done.

Those chickens look like it ain't your first rodeo either.
