I recently smoked my first set of baby back ribs using the 2-2-1 method and I have to say I think they came out amazing due to the knowledge I received on this forum.  I had a great time while smoking the ribs and felt very accomplished when they were finished.   I attempted at constructing my own rub which I think brought the ribs tastiness down a little bit, so today I purchased Jeff's rub for my future smokes.

I had trimmed off the membrane and then applied the rub I created.

I really enjoyed the rib stand it saves lots of space and you can cook more racks this way.

I used Hickory when smoking these ribs and it worked great. When the ribs were complete the came of the bone no problem.

Looks nice. The rib rack works great. I use mine often........
