I’ve always been comfortable on a charcoal grill, but ribs is one thing I don’t have much experience with. I think I knocked it out of the park with these half racks. I used the 3-2-1 method added apple juice onion maple syrup and brown sugar before the two hour wrap. I should also add these were smoked on my new Cusinart Woodcreek 4-1 pellet grill. They were not FOTB but meat easily detached from bone with a simple bite! Let me know what you think!

wow looks great. bet some ears of corn would complement that nicely
 
The company a little, not the grill itself. I've seen the ads for it...if it does anything close to what's advertised, should be a really good product. A little of everything. Glad your first cook was a success.
