So a new butcher shop opened in town. Game on , Dino ribs in the cooler . Came out great . SnP on the Pit Boss for couple hours at 225 . Wrapped and finished in oven with beef stock . Made the do list !

It's wonderful they sell them individual, but can you get a 3 or 4 rib rack?
Yes they will , he told me to ask for it and they will do that in advance . Keep in mind , I walked in to check place out and was stunned drooling at counter to even see Dino style ribs even offered . Thanks for the likes guys !
 
That's good. They only come in racks of 3 or 4 in the cryo packaging. My Sam's club carries them, but since they cut them down and re-package, the long-bone racks are never in the counter, you have to ask.

Very nice!! They look delicious. I’m itching to do more soon too. Likely my favorite things I’ve smoked yet.

Beef Ribs are The Best Ribs!! IMHO
I like to buy my Prime Rib with the bones on, then cut the bones off myself, and save them until I get about 8 or 10 bones in my freezer. This way I can leave extra meat on the bones when I cut them off. Then I Smoke them all.
