Below is my first attempt at roasting a Pork Roast on my Charcoal BBQ. All that I did for it was to put a basic rub on consisiting of salt, pepper, garlic flakes and brown sugar. For the smoke I used a pre mixed bag of pork/poultry mix woodchips soaked in a bit of water with a little amount of JD 1903 for a little more flavour.

I would attach the after photos however the camera took a really horrible photo, which doesn't give the meat justice. I will be doing something similar tomorrow so will post picks up of the end result then.

This is my second attempt with roasting. It is a 2kg Pork Butt with the same rub but no smoke this time. First time the kids have scuffed the lot.

Cooked it at 100C for 6 hours, tried doing some vege as well but it just wouldn't cook, left them in for nearly three hours.

Looks like the pork came out good! What kind of apparatus are you cooking on there?
Vegetables are tricky on the smoker , some times I cheat and start them in the smoker and finish them in the microwave. (Don't tell anyone)
