Looks like I'll be making more sausage sooner than I thought. This is what's left from 20lbs of sausage 1 1/2 days after making it. Still have another friend to hook up and I'm taking some into work Saturday to have a little snack with the boys. Don't think I'll be needing the vacuum sealer for this batch
