Happy Easter everyone.

Well I am finally going to Pop my Smoking Cherry. Hence the term there with the Cherry

. Doing a set of Spare Ribs and Baby backs with a Apple Cherry spritz and a Honey and Apple Cherry Glaze.

I will be using a rub I found here on the forum. Smoking Fanatic posted the Pigs worst nigthmare rub.

Here are the ribs last night with rub added:

And I will be doing Dutch's wicked beans and a few Idaho Taters!!!
Looking forward to see how this all works out.

And thanks for all the information and ideas... there is such a wealth of that here and I look forward to many more smokes.

Looks like you are off to a good start. Keep the Q VIEW coming.
 
Good luck on the first smoke. I have a chargriller also, Just watch the temp. The factory thermometer is not very accurate. Keep us posted on the progress.
