First smoke

Last Sunday, I had my "first smoke" on my used Traeger "Lil Tex". Smoked "Baby Backs" with a simple rub using the 3-2-1 method and they were fantastic. The family applauded loudly and shouted "you didn't overcook the ribs this time"!

Looking forward to more "smokes"
