Well I got off work yesterday and ran to the butchers and grabbed a 10 pound butt to test out my new Maverick ET-733 with. Loaded the grill up last night and decided to see how well I would sleep. So far almost 10 hours later I still haven't gone out and checked the meat thanks to this awesome Thermometer.

More Q-View to come once I finally open the lid!

Luck you.  I got one for Fathers Day,  meat button didn't work (it was stuck on BEEF) and the set button stop working about 15 minutes after I started playing with it, so I couldn't get the thing set up enough for use. Major disappointment for me. I ended up smoking boneless/skinless chicken breasts wrapped in bacon (yum, love those things), and an Aging Room F55. so all was not a total loss.
