Wow..right outta the gate! I'm still wearing my first smoke pork loins... got about 15,000 on 'em now, and prolly good for another 10! ;{)

I have the CG also & have no mods either. I keep my coal grate down a notch or to with water/drip pans as the baffle. seems to be enough for me & very easy "mod"
