First smoke on the chargriller-spares and wicked beans

First smoke on the chargiller. Went easier then I thought it would. I did'nt have time to make any mods yet, so I used the coal tray in the grill as a baffle. Just raised it all the way up on the sfb side. Worked well, I had no trouble keeping the temp between 220 and 240. That was a fun smoke and the ribs turned out good too. Of course dutchs beans were awesome.

I have the CG also & have no mods either. I keep my coal grate down a notch or to with water/drip pans as the baffle. seems to be enough for me & very easy "mod"
