First Smoke of the year.

As i get ready to do the first smoke, I find my self talking to my smoker every time I walk by. Giving it a pep talk so it's all geared up for the big smoke tomorrow!

See you just have to keep the smoker going all year long and then you won't need to give er a pep talk she will already be in shape

We were watching the smoker today, right after I put the meat on, and it wasn't really smoking yet. I was saying "c'mon now, let's get that smoke rollin'" My Son chuckled at me. Then when that smoke started to ROLL, I said "OH YEAH, there you go."...and we were both laughing then.
