I just wanted to say to thank you to everyone . IT WAS A BIG SUCCESS. I can say there is going to be MANY more things smoked at the ole Smith house. I am hooked for life!! The GOSM worked great , held temp and recovered temp very well ( I had to stick my fat head in there to see how things were). Took about 8 hours and a little better than a six pack to be done. i had taken pictures , but they did not turn out ( I guess it was the lighting ) Your advice made my Easter dinner a hugh hit.

Thanks!!

Jeff
