First smoke on the treger. Now for the taste test

B87, how was your first smoked meal on the new toy?

For having basically no idea on what I was doing.... Awesome. The meat wasn't dry at all. Super moist. Didn't have an overwhelming smoke taste and the seasoning was awesome. Goona fire it up again on sunday

Congrats on the leg quarters!  Always a good first choice for all the reasons you demonstrated.

Bought two racks of ribs. More chicken quarters brats and hotdogs for the kids
