I am looking into getting a new smoker next month for my bday. I want to get a horizontal offset smoker. Looking to stay under $200 for my first. Been reading a lot of reviews and comments on here. I will defiantly be doing some basic mods. To whichever one I end up with. Right now I am in between the char-broil silver smoker and the brinkmann smoke n pit. What's everyone's experience or thoughts between these 2 smokers?
