Thanks for the tag . Those are cool , and nicely done . Not sure I get the set up of mean people / junk boards . Maybe a sales pitch ?
My Dad used to make decorative books for display .
I'm thinking it was staged.

What planers are you using?

Thanks Steve I just ordered the DW735X
You're welcome! The planer alone is the DW735.
Mine was actually the DW735XW7350. Which had the extra blades, infeed and outfeed table, and mobile base. The mobile base is a god send considering the weight of the planer.
The planer is an animal for sure.
Another thing to consider is getting the Wixey WR510.
It makes dialing in the thickness dead on.

Thanks Steve what do you think about this
Stand

what do you think about this
I have to agree with Steve .
Those stands that assemble like an erector set are notorious for flex and slop , especially with the 2 peice verticle leg assembly .
Also , if you want to use the in / out feed roller supports you'd have to turn the widest part machine to sit the short way on the stand . Makes it unstable in my opinion .
The Dewalt is a solid leg , max height of 30 " , with a solid stance on the floor .
