Ha....my first attempt at homemade rub too! I did Cumin, Garlic Powder, Paprika, Sea Salt and Brown Sugar all at a Tbl spoon and then a bit of Lawreys and probably more black pepper than my wife will like....but hey I'm eatin too rite.
Been a little hard regulating temp with the charcoal. I used too much in the begining. Got it good now at about 220 give or take on a consistent basis.
