They were pretty good. Mostly tender texture. Some meat stuck to the bones so they could have been cooked a while longer. I waited for the bones to expose but they only came out about 1/4" on the one side. The ends started to get burned so I took them off. I wanted to put them in foil, but of course was out. Smoke and learn!
Good loking ribs is that an electric brinkman or charcoal I have an electric and use the 3-2-1 method it works great.keep posting pics
