Sorry I couldn't post all of the pics. I am still being "moderated". Here are the ribs with sauce applied and on for the last hour and 1 hour into the ABT cook. ABT's with the orange filling are buffalo chicken and the yellow ones were cornbread with cheese in the batter.
Here is the finished product. The ABT's with the buffalo chicken were allright, the ones with the cornbread were a 10/10. I will do these again. The ribs came out nice and tasty for my first time. They may have needed to cook a little longer because there were not "fall off the bone". They pulled clean right off the bone with a little tug which some people say is better than fall off. I will try for fall off next time to see what I like better. The guests enjoyed them and so did I. I am doing my first Brisket on Monday so look for some more Q view. Thanks!
The cornbread muffins were made with leftover batter from the ABT's and baked in silicon cups in the smoker with everything else.
I see you're showing off the new Traeger Chris.... I should have done a Q-view myself for the pastrami I have on now. I'll bring some with me on wed if there is any left
