Hi All,

I've been enjoying the web site for months, but this is my first post. Greetings from the great white north...Rochester, MN.Last winter never really happened, but this year, there's snow on the ground and temps below zero. My platforms include a large Big Green Egg and a Weber Summit propane grill. My bride and I have 8 children, 7 boys and 1 girl, so we do a lot of cooking and eating. Steaks, burgers, ribs, pork butts, chicken, and turkey are our favorites. We invested in a CyberQ setup for the egg last summer, and it has really helped with temperature stabilization. Even the in-laws thought that the Thanksgiving turkey was excellent, and in this family, that's quite an endorsement. I'm looking forward to learning more from all of you.
