Hello all!  I just moved to a new neighborhood and my neighbor got me hooked on smoking.  So i got one of the Brinkmann double door smokers (with mods) to try my hand at smoking.  I figured I would go big, or go home so im doing a whole chicken, a 9 lb butt spare ribs and baby backs.

Using Hickory and Cherry woods.  Ill post more pics to come!
