First Picnic. 15 hour smoke on the MES 30.

I though it would never get done! Started this bad boy at 430 this morning and just got done pulling it (nearly 8pm AZ time.)

I have a bottle of SoFlaquers finishing sauce mixed up and a mustard barbeque sauce ready go. Oh that bark!
