Your pics look good. It is all personal preference, with Image Shack I use the 5th choice down from the top, Hotlink for forums (1) and then it posts like this - after it is posted I edit and delete the camera that was used that is posted below the picture.

What kind of mixings do you have in the bowl?

I am so new to this I am not really sure what you mean. When I go to My Images in Image Shack, I see six lines of code for each image. Is that what you mean? You use the fifth line?

The bowl has pepperjack cheese in it.

It is the middle url, also the fifth one up from the bottom choices.
